BOS Kirk rear shock
The BOS KIRK shock had been made for the highest level of enduro racing and riding. Each unit has been hand made in Toulouse France to Industry leading levels of precision and craftsmanship.
Similar to all BOS Air suspension units, the Kirk is as progressive as a coil spring, but with the weight benefits of an air spring. Custom tuned to suit any bike, the Kirk will help you get the most from your all mountain bike.
The quality of the damping is what set BOS apart from other manufactures. The combination of sensitivity and support is unrivalled. In part to the open bath damping cartridge. Precise adjustments can be made to the High and low speed compression circuits, as well as rebound all on the piggyback of the shock.
BOS have developed an intelligent pedalling optimiser, which splits the hydraulic flow to the compression, consequently removing pedal bob but small bump traction stays.
Due to each shock having a custom hydraulic curve depending on the frames progressiveness. It is imperative that you contact us to with your frames details so that we can get the correct shock for your frame.
As with all BOS suspension products, even minor service intervals are far longer than any other suspension manufactuer in the industry which means actual day to day running costs are reduced due to the sheer quality of the materials used to build these handmade products. In short, a BOS fork or shock, can be fitted and does not require such frequent attention as much as rival products.
